Alicia Keys has scrapped a concert in Cleveland after canceling her show in Pittsburgh earlier this week. A message posted on her Web site says the 27-year-old R&B singer has swollen vocal cords. She was scheduled to perform Thursday night at Cleveland State University's Wolstein Center.
